Householder Group Offers Confidence and Dedicated Customer Service

Clients have a positive response to the unique father/daughter dynamic that is an integral part of the firm's working environment.

Earning a client's complete trust is the cornerstone of the Householder Group, a Centennial-based firm that assists people to achieve their financial goals and preserve, manage and grow their assets, particularly important in the current economic climate. Licensed in securities since 1972, David R. Cichon, M.Ed, CEP®, RFC, heads up the local branch office and serves clients across the Denver area, Colorado Springs and in other states. He is a regional vice president of the Householder Group, one of the country's largest independent estate and retirement planning organizations headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona.

David joined the Householder Group in 2003, a few years after relocating to South Denver. But he wasn't the only Cichon who was integral to the launch of the business. Daughter Stephanie Cichon-Bruno has been with her dad since the beginning. Each excels in his/her area to keep the firm operating smoothly.

A graduate of Amherst College, who holds a masters degree in education from the University of Massachusetts, Cichon has owned several financial planning firms in his home state of Connecticut. He has a depth of knowledge in financial planning, employee benefits (pension administration) and working with seniors. As a registered representative with the Securities Service Network, Inc., David meets personally with clients to implement strategies that will meet their individual needs today and into the future.

Stephanie graduated from Simmons College in Boston. As manager, she "runs the office, handles business processing, compliance, marketing, client services and managing the staff, which includes keeping David on track," she said with a smile. Though the family has its roots on the East Coast, Colorado has been home to them for more than a decade. David and his wife Paula, who also assists with event planning and client services, live in Parker. Stephanie makes her home in Centennial. Another daughter, Sarah, resides in Granby, Colorado. David also has a 6-year-old grandson, Lawson.

Clients have a positive response to the unique father/ daughter dynamic that is an integral part of the firm's working environment. "The importance of family comes across to our clients, and they want to be part of our bond," said Cichon. "We want to provide that warmth and trust to everyone who comes through the door," added Cichon-Bruno. "I look up to my father and want to always do my best for him and for our clients."
